This was a sweet romance. Sam is one of the vets in town and her companion is her dog Dundee. She has to help Cheyenne with some strange things happening to the horses he takes care of. His boss is selling of some land and others to not wish for this to happen so they take matters into their own hands. Sam and Cheyenne went to school together and were not friendly. They instantly feel a chemistry and of course Sam tries to fight it. There are a few misunderstandings along the way. The one good thing about this book, I was kept guessing until almost the end which is good. The characters are ok there were a few that could have been left out, but over all not a bad read.
