I have to say I was surprised by the book. I normally don't read these types of books as for me they are well lets face it, boring. Now again this is just me. I learned a lot from this book. The author goes over a lot that is helpful even watching what you eat as it does effect our bodies etc. There is a lot to be learned from this book. My favorite chapter is How to unleash your inner hero very interesting. Another reason not judge a book by its cover or subject.
